Refund Policy

Every item from Etchglow Studio is custom-made to reflect your unique style—so once it’s made, it’s yours. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If something’s off, reach out within 10 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right if:

  • You received the wrong item or it doesn’t match your order confirmation.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The final product doesn’t reflect the approved artwork or design proof.

Items must be unworn and in original condition. Once approved, we’ll fast-track a replacement and send a prepaid return label your way.

Damages & Issues

Open your package and give it a once-over as soon as it lands. If anything’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, shoot us a message right away so we can fix the issue fast.

We stand behind our work. Your gear is backed by a 45-day quality guarantee from the day it arrives.

Exchanges

Because every product is made just for you, we don’t offer standard exchanges. But if you’ve got concerns, talk to us — we’re always happy to help.

Sending Items Back

Only return items that have been approved by our team. If you send something back without notice, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to track it down or return it. No compensation will be offered for unsolicited items. If we do find it, you'll be responsible for the return postage.
